Prum Bayon Park & Island Adoption

Cambodia Town Lowell has adopted a traffic island right in front of Prum Bayon Park at the intersection of Branch and Middlesex Streets in the heart of Cambodia Town Lowell.

We will be planting flowers there as well as in Prum Bayon Park this Spring, Summer, and Fall.
